Our youth group is open to all teenagers in grades 6–12; membership at All Hallows Parish is not required. All youth are invited and encouraged to bring along friends.
Our group engaged in a variety of formational, recreational, and service activities prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. We raised money to help Syrian refugees in southeastern Turkey and purchased Christmas gifts for local youth in need. We explored the Gospel of Jesus Christ and our unique place within the Gospel story. We wrestled with difficult questions, leaving no topic outside the realm of discussion. We also had a lot of fun, including outings to the Maryland Corn Maze and Six Flags America.
In the meantime, during this pandemic we gather every Sunday afternoon via Zoom to play online games together. Virus and weather permitting, we have held in-person outdoor events and look forward to returning to these activities again in the future. If you would like to join us, simply call or text Fr.
